| Can the product also be applied to areas other than the arms, legs, chest, back, bikini area and face (e.g. stomach/ lower stomach)? | Yes, HairFree Gel is suitable for all areas of the body. Care should be taken when applying close to the mucus membranes. Avoid contact with mucus membranes. |
| Do I have to shave or remove hair from the relevant areas before using the treatment EVERY day? | No, you shouldn’t alter your hair removal cycle. The clearer the pathway to the hair root, the better the product can act on the hair root. |
| Can I treat several areas of the body at once? | Yes. |
| Is HairFree Gel effective on all hair types – even on blonde hair? | Yes. HairFree Gel works directly on the hair root and can be applied to any type of body hair. The colour of the hair (light or dark) has no effect |
| Do I need to do a test on each area first or can I apply the product straight away? | Before general application of HairFree Gel, you should do a test on a small area of skin to see whether the product is suitable. |
| Does the ‘permanent effect’ really last FOREVER? And if not, how long does it last? | Permanent means that hair growth is reduced by up to 89% in the first 12 months of use. This is the result shown in medical studies. This hair does not grow back and the treatment can be stopped. |
| Are there any (known) side effects? | No. HairFree Gel has been on sale for around 8 years. There are no known side effects. The product is based on natural active ingredients. (valid 03/2007). |
| How long does 2x200 ml last (roughly)? (For the whole period of treatment?) | How long 200 ml lasts depends on the area of the body being treated. 200 ml are enough to treat the legs for approx. 8-9 weeks. |
| How effective is the product on (medium) thick, dark hair? | The thickness or colour of the hair has no effect on the effectiveness of the product. |
| Can I break off from using HairFree Gel at any time? | Yes. The results obtained so far are still permanent. Treatment with HairFree Gel can be stopped at any time & there are no disadvantages to a long break in the treatment. The overall length of treatment will only be extended by the length of the period of interruption. |
| How long does HairFree Gel keep for? | HairFree Gel can be used for approx. 9 months after opening (see bottle). |
